Medical Plan
OMC offers premium medical insurance to employees at a cost share of the monthly premium.
Dental Plan
OMC offers a dental plan that covers services at different levels. Additional deductibles and co-pays may apply for certain services rendered.

Voluntary vision insurance coverage is available for you, your spouse and children.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursements
OMC offers a flexible spending account that allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified, out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses. This money is funded by you through pre-tax, bi-weekly payroll deductions, and reimbursed to you for qualified expenses upon submission of receipts.
Short Term Disability
Voluntary short-term disability coverage is available for the employee.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
OMC provides long-term disability benefits that are paid at 2/3 of your gross earnings after the 90-day elimination period has been fulfilled.
Accident, Hospitalization and Cancer Insurance
Voluntary accident, hospitalization and cancer coverage is available for the employee.
Basic-Term Life Insurance
OMC provides term life in the amount of $20,000, while you are employed full-time with OMC.
Term Life Insurance
Voluntary term life Insurance is available for you, your spouse and children.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
OMC provides AD&D, for qualified incidents, in the amount of $20,000, while you are employed with OMC.
403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
OMC offers a 403(b) retirement plan. Employees qualify for dollar-per-dollar employer match up to 5% after 1 year of service. No vesting period required.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid time off is accrued from an employee's hire date/anniversary date. The annual accrual of PTO is based on hours worked. Additional PTO may be accrued if the employee chooses to waive medical insurance benefits.
Extended Illness Bank (EIB)
Extended Illness Bank benefits are accrued based on the number of hours you work. This benefit may be used if you are required to miss work due to illness or injury.
Paid Holidays
OMC recognizes the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Full-time employees also receive one floating holiday to use at their discretion. If you are required to work the holiday, you will be paid at two times your regular hourly wage plus differential for hours worked, if applicable.
Funeral Leave
Full-time employees are allowed time off with pay for bereavement and attending the funeral of an immediate family member.
Jury Duty
All employees will receive pay for regularly scheduled hours when requested to serve on jury duty.
Tuition Assistance
To encourage and support employee education, OMC will assist with the cost of approved, accredited, academic programs that will enhance an employee's skills within existing duties of employment. The amount of assistance will be 75% of tuition, books and fees, up to $3,000 a year.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
OMC offers an EAP designed to help you address life's daily challenges from workplace stress to a variety of family issues. This benefit includes an on-site licensed counselor at no cost to you.
