FACILITY WIDE:
Positions currently available:

Laboratory Tech
Shifts: Part Time and Casual positions available
Duties: Responsible for following lab procedures for specimen handling, test analysis, and maintaining records of patient test results.
Requirements: This individual must be MT, MLT, ASCP or NCA certified.



HOSPITAL:
Positions currently available:

Charge RN
Shifts: Part Time (.6), 6 pm-6:30 am; every third weekend; every third holiday
Duties: Responsible for day-to-day duties of the med/surg unit. Supervises nursing staff and assists with staffing needs. Provides coverage for ED and Urgent Care areas.
Requirements: Completion of an accredited associate or BSN. Two years (4160 hours) as a registered nurse preferred. Six months (1040 hours) of Emergency or ICU experience preferred. Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC preferred.

OB RN
Shifts: Casual Call/Pool
Duties: Provides direct care to patients in OB setting.
Requirements: WI RN license and a minimum of 3 years nursing experience with one year of current OB experience is required. NRP, ACLS (or ability to obtain) and BLS certifications required.

Emergency Department/Urgent Care RN
Shifts: Casual Call/Pool
Duties: Directly works with patients in the emergency department and urgent care areas. Primary duties include triage, assess, plan, perform, document and evaluating, using your professional independent nursing skills. Provide work direction and supervision of the delegated duties performed by ERT’s and HUC’s.
Requirements: Completion of an accredited associate or baccalaureate program in nursing. One year (2080 hours) as a registered nurse preferred. Six months (1040 hours) of Emergency or ICU experience preferred. CEN preferred.



CLINIC:
Positions currently available:

Physical Therapist/PT Assistant
Shifts: Part Time, Days
Duties: Responsible for providing physical therapy services in a variety of settings.
Requirements: DPI certification and state licensure required. Interest in cardiac rehab.

Certified Medical Assistant or LPN
Shifts: Casual/On Call
Duties: Work with assigned provider in clinic, room patients, take vitals, assist with minor procedures, and enter orders.
Requirements: CMA/LPN with Wisconsin licensure.
