BILLING INFO

Patient Billing

We take pride in the care we provide at Osceola Medical Center. We feel this care also extends to the billing process after you leave. To help you, we have dedicated Patient Account Representatives available to answer your insurance questions and Financial Counselors to help you with your self pay balances. We also have several support staff members and a Patient Advocate to provide you with additional help.

You can reach any of these staff members at 715-294-2111 or 888-565-4662. For questions about insurance, ask for a Patient Account Representative. For questions about your self pay balance or financial assistance, ask for our Patient Advocate or a Financial Counselor. We are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Payment options
As a courtesy to you, we will submit bills to your insurance company and follow the processing of your claim. After that, we have many options for you to pay your balance. To help you, we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments online (click here to pay online). OMC also accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and healthcare savings account reimbursements. Payment plans can also be arranged.

We are happy to help you with your bill. Although we will make every effort to resolve the account balance with your insurance carrier, remember that your policy is between you and your insurance carrier. On occasion it may be necessary for you to contact your insurance carrier to expedite payment.

Even with our help, ultimately, you have the responsibility and obligation to pay your bill promptly. Please contact us if you need assistance with your bill.
