Athletes can prepare for the third annual Osceola Duathlon at a Pre-Ride Clinic September 19. The clinic features a preview ride of the bike route and transition practice into running the last leg of the contest.

The Pre-Ride Clinic is hosted by Sally Williamson, physical therapist at Osceola Medical Center, and Mike Colaizy, National Age Group Triathlon Champion, former Ironman Triathlon competitor and Wild River Fitness personal trainer.

The clinic, sponsored by OMC and Wild River Fitness, is at Oakey Park in Osceola.
