Robert
Dybvig, M.D. Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Dybvig is a board-certified Family
Medicine physician who joined the
Osceola Medical Center staff in 1999.
He received his medical degree from
the University of Minnesota School
of Medicine in 1987, and completed
his residency in Family Practice at
St. John's Hospital in Maplewood,
Minnesota, in 1990.
Prior to joining OMC, Dr. Dybvig was
associated with the Cambridge Medical
Center in Minnesota, serving in such key
roles as family physician, chief of
staff, vice president of medical affairs
and medical director of the respiratory
therapy department.
Dr. Dybvig and wife, Dr. Bonnie Rohr,
also a family physician at Osceola
Medical Center, reside in Osceola
with their three children. |

Tom Johnson,
M.D. General Surgeon
Dr. Johnson, Osceola Medical Center's General Surgeon, joined the facility in 2000. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. His post-graduate training in surgery was at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Dr. Johnson also served on the University of Nebraska medical faculty, underwent a year-long fellowship in trauma surgery at Regions Hospital and underwent a year-long fellowship in critical care at the University of Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Johnson lives in Osceola. His hobbies include fishing and motorcycling. He also volunteered for surgical trips to Guatemala in 1999, 2006 and 2007. Dr. Johnson has three daughters, Caitlin, Carly and Hannah.

Greg Mattson,
M.D.
Dr. Mattson, a Family Medicine physician,
joined OMC in 1993. He received his
medical degree from the University
of Illinois and a bachelor's degree
in biology at the University of Illinois
Hospital in Chicago where he worked
for several years as a medical technician
in the cardiology department.
During his residency at West Suburban
Hospital Medical Center near Chicago,
he was named Outstanding Family Practice
Resident. Before coming to OMC, he
practiced at a clinic in Woodstock,
IL.
In addition to his family practice,
Dr. Mattson is the medical advisor
to the area's ambulance service.
A resident of Osceola, he and his
wife, Cory, have three children. |

Nicole
Johnson, PA-C
Nicole Johnson is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her bachelor's degree from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, MN, where she studied pre-physician assistant medicine and music. Her Master's degree in physician assistant studies is from King's College, Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is board certified as a PA by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is certified in advanced cardiac life support.
Her interests include women's health, children's health, preventive medicine and smoking cessation.
Her hobbies include tennis, downhill skiing and travel.

Arnold
Potek, M.D.
Dr. Potek, a General Practitioner,
has practiced medicine at Osceola
Medical Center since 1975. His medical
degree is from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Potek is the Medical Director
of Osceola's L.O. Simenstad Nursing
Care Unit. He also serves on the Polk
County child abuse intervention team
and on the medical center's Board
of Directors.
His past practice experience includes
a year working in hospitals in Israel
and three years as a Lieutenant in
the U.S. Navy Medical Corps based
in San Diego.
Dr. Potek and his wife, Nancy, live
in Osceola. |

Bonnie
Rohr, M.D.
Dr. Rohr is a board-certified Family
Medicine physician who joined the
Osceola Medical Center staff in 1999.
Dr. Rohr attended medical school at
the University of Minnesota in Duluth
and Minneapolis and received her medical
degree in 1988. She completed her
residency in family practice at the
U of M, and was a family physician
at the Cambridge Medical Center prior
to coming to OMC.
In 1998 she was a finalist in the
Minnesota Academy of Family Practice
"Family Physician of the Year".
She lives in Osceola with her husband,
Dr. Robert Dybvig, also a family physician
at OMC, and their three children. |

Paul Sletten,
M.D.
Dr. Sletten is a board-certified Family
Medicine physician who joined the
Osceola Medical Center staff in 1990.
He holds a medical degree and a bachelor's
degree in biology from the University
of Missouri-Columbia. His practice
experience includes several years
in Kotzebue, Alaska, an Eskimo community
above the Artic circle.
In addition to treating patients,
he enjoys teaching medical residents
and students and working with seniors.
Dr. Sletten and his wife, Cheryl,
live in Osceola with their two sons,
one daughter, and their sled dogs. |

Kari Smith, M.D.
Dr. Smith is a board certified Family Practice Physician who joined Osceola Medical Center in September 2002. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1999 and served her Internship/Residency Program in the Duluth Family Practice Residency Program prior to joining OMC.
Her hobbies include backcountry backpacking, wilderness canoeing, ballroom dancing, SCUBA diving, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, and travel. Dr. Smith and her husband, Kevin, live in Osceola.

Kevin Klein, M.D.
Dr. Klein, a board certified family practice physician since 1998, has seen patients in a Western Wisconsin clinic for 2 1/2 years prior to coming to Osceola Medical Center. He performs the full spectrum of family practice services including, obstetrics, adult and pediatric medicine.
Dr. Klein did his residency at Franciscan Skemp Medical Center ~ Mayo Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He is a former Lieutenant Commander, serving four years at the Naval Hospital Cherry Point, North Carolina.
Dr. Klein is an avid cross country skier and runner. He enjoys fly fishing, outdoor family activities, youth hockey, and Cub Scouting. He and his wife, Amy, live in St. Croix Falls with their four children.
