HELP SHAPE HEALTH CARE IN OUR COMMUNITY
Would you like to help shape health care services for patients and their families. Would you like to have a voice in improving hospital care in our community? If so, consider joining Osceola Medical Center's new Patient and Family Advisory Council.
Comfort, compassion, communication, continuity of care and convenience are the touchstones of patient and family centered care. At OMC, we seek to exceed expectations in each of these areas for every individual and family we serve. An important way to achieve this will be through our Patient and Family Advisory Council.
The council will represent a more formal way to involve patients and family members in our continuous commitment to improving the quality of care we deliver at here. The council will act as an impartial advisory board and provide feedback on services and activities for OMC.
If you are at least 18 years old and would like to be considered for membership on our council, please contact Dawn Olson, quality/risk manager and patient safety officer, for an application. Contact her directly at 715-294-5629.
