Nicholas Benson, MD, of Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Medicine-Pulmonary Disease Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Minnesota and had a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at U of M Hospital and Clinic.
