Dr. Uttley is a board certified ophthalmologist who will be seeing patients at Osceola Medical Center on a referral basis. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of cataracts, corneal disease, and other anterior segment disorders. He will also be performing cataract surgery as well as YAG capsulatomy. Dr. Uttley will see patients at Osceola Medical Center Clinic and if surgery is needed, it will be performed on-site in the surgical suites.
